Structural principle of ultrasonic cleaning equipment
Ultrasonic cleaning equipment is composed of two parts: ultrasonic generator (also known as ultrasonic power supply) and transducer.
The ultrasonic generator transforms the frequency electric energy to the high frequency electrical signal which 20KHz above, through the high frequency cable transmission to the transducer.
The general ultrasonic transducer is fixed on the bottom plate of the cleaning tank, the cleaning tank is filled with liquid, and when the transducer is coupled with the high frequency voltage, the piezoelectric ceramic element generates longitudinal vibration under the action of the electric field.
